How do I pay rent?

Did you know you can pay your rent online? Simply log into your tenant portal and set up your online bill pay. It’s cheaper than certified funds (up to 90% cheaper), faster than mail, more secure and simpler to do. Or Propertyware integrates with RentMoney to allow residents to pay rent in cash at over 20,000 participating retail locations. Residents can select a participating store, download an account number, and pay the store clerk with cash. The payment is then immediately reflected in your tenant ledger. How do I put in maintenance?

To put in a maintenance request please use the maintenance links to put in a repair request through our automated Propertymeld system. Once the request is in you can communicate directly with the team through email or you can change your notifications to text and start getting phone texts for even faster responses.

Where can I find a copy of my lease?

Your lease, payment history and any other documentation can be found in your tenant portal 24/7

What do I do when I want to vacate?

We require 60-day notice from your tenant portal when you no longer wish to renew. We highly recommend reaching out before that to ask any question you may have and following up about the move out procedure

Why did I get this notification?

We strive to automate as much of our system as possible. This means many of our notifications are sent automatically by the system. If you have question about a notification you have gotten, please talk to your property manager directly.
